Beds were very comfortable . staff reacted quickly to a issue we had.

The sat nav took us down the must difficult terrain of rocks and boulders to get to the property. ( if you are coming from Tulum centre take the second right hand turning then the one goggle sends you down ) We arrived and wrongly presumed somebody I must be there to let us in. unfortunately that wasn't the case and by a stroke of luck we managed to connect to a Wi-Fi and message the owner who advised there was a key safe and how to get in. would have been nice if we have that information prior to arrival. it was a interesting property. everything was made out of concrete. the kitchen, the breakfast bar, the showers, even the staircase. it gives the impression it was a property waiting for the decorator to turn up. I was told by the owner apparently that's the way the houses are done in Tulum. we did have a couple of issues and the owner sorted them out very quickly so that was a positive.
