Excelente hotel, muy limpio, las instalaciones hermosas, la alberca de la terraza preciosa, la habitación muy muy cómoda, la atención vía WhatsApp te respondían rápido y solucionaban cualquier duda o necesidad, está alejado lo cual era bueno por qué está muy tranquilo y agosto, solo habrá que tener coche para llegar cómodamente ya que los taxis elevan mucho los precios. Super recomendado

El camino para llegar al hotel aún está en construcción lo cual es un problema si no llevas coche

L’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel avec ses 7 piscines, une salle de sport de qualité, un studio agréable. Des rooftops on a la vue sur la jungle, la ville, la mer et le coucher de soleil. Mais si vous logez ici il vous faut un quad ou une voiture, il est loin de la ville et la route est défoncée.

I loved the earthy, boho decor — it felt warm and grounding. Being on the first floor with a balcony filled with plants still made me feel immersed in the jungle. Impeccably clean. Staff were always on hand and friendly. The pool areas were quiet and perfect for gentle healing. Stunning view of the jungle/forest/garden. Peaceful, harmonious, high-standard. I stayed on-site my whole trip healing, and this space held me beautifully.

A few small things that would make an already great stay even better for future guests: A soft throw blanket for cooler evenings and a recycling bin would be great additions. The on-site shop had very little stock. Also, email with invoice for deposit return timing would help future guests. Because of its location, I would suggest hiring transport, car/scooter/bicycle. But nothing took away from a wonderful stay.

1. This is a very beautiful place surrounded by greenery. 2. The property is secluded and located away from the road, so it is very quiet and peaceful. 3. Large panoramic windows.

We stayed for 4 nights in a maisonette and then extended our stay for 2 more nights through the reception. Where were no available maisonettes, we were offered a loft instead. Unfortunately, we did not like the loft at all. 1. The loft had no sunlight and was very damp and humid, which was uncomfortable. 2. Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. 3. Noisy refrigerator. 4. Unfriendly staff. 5. Extra charges: $20 for early check-in and an unexpected $15 cleaning fee not mentioned on Booking. 6. We were charged the same price for the loft as for the maisonette, despite the loft being of a much lower standard. 7. No luggage storage was offered while waiting for another room.
