- Convenient localization of the flat: you can do everything by foot.
- Flat was clean and very well organized. You can cook if necessary + watch TV
- Some restaurants & shops close by + ideally located close to the gardens or arena.
- Mattress is a bit old
- Old water issue in the toilets (the wall is getting green) - but otherwise the rest of the flat seems brand new and is clean. There weren't any bad smell, so it probably just is an old incident that damaged the wall.
Note that you have to provide a 200€ caution before recieving the passkey to get the key

It was nice to have an outside place to yourself, A/C was much appreciated, separate toilet and shower area was great, good facilities f. eg a washing machine, good location and very helpful staff
The bed wasn't the best possible and the stairs up didn't feel all that safe.
