The apartment's location was excellent.

During a very hot time of the year, this apartment needs an air conditioning unit. A fan was not enough.

On the whole very enjoyable after the initial difficulty.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped

There was a problem in that we couldn’t contact the owner for door and lockbox codes but she did eventually respond and was very apologetic and solicitous.

Wonderful place ideally situated.

Isabelle Chevalier was very obliging. She offered to meet us at the bus station and took us to the apartment. This was of great help.

The main door latch was a bit difficult to lock and open. Requires to be attended to.

A quiet, safe, central location.

Host very kindly extended our stay at short notice in view of a family emergency. The flat is very central but in a quiet location in an old block. Kitchen is very well equipped and previous guests have left long-lasting food. Very communicative host. Flat is nicely decorated and is a well appointed living space.

Not an issue for us but flat is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

Only the shower is very small but for the price you pay for still is a fair deal therefore we will be back again.

Central, comfortable and affordable!

The space is very very central. If you are staying with someone else it is easy to reach all of the Roman monuments in the central area by foot. Also, the bed is great and you will not listen to the street noise even on the evening. I’ve had a great time here.

I liked all of it, but if you are a spacious person, the bathroom might be an issue. It wasn’t for me though.

A hugely successful example of budget city centre rental. can`t beat the location, helps you feel part of the vibe. don`t worry about the limitations that some may mention, just jump in and enjoy.

The location is amazing, right next to the Arenes de Nîmes! The apartment is very nice with a great kitchen. The shower pressure is great too!

Perfectly located cosy apartment for a short stay in Nimes!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Old Nimes, with shops, bars and restaurants right outside the building, and 30 second walk from Les Arenes. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of light from windows but still feels private. Extremely clean, guide books for Nimes available for guests.

The toilet was a little awkwardly positioned within the bathroom.

The location was excellent, so close to all the sights. it had cooling facilities which were very useful and the price was amazing. Owner was lovely and gave us tips on transport and recommended stuff to do.

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of the old city. Great location, fantastic communication with our extremely accommodating and helpful host. Not air conditioned but fan provided and good blinds and curtains to help regulate the temperature. Would definitely return!

Very limited kitchen facilities. Whilst most people would eat out in this brilliant city, my daughter is 17 and autistic so not one for eating out. We managed to eat using the stove, but having either a small oven/grill or combi microwave would be beneficial. If you intend eating out, this won't be an issue for you, and it certainly wouldn't put us off returning to this gorgeous place.

location 100%, the apartment had every possible accessories, you may have wanted, really surprised. Salt, pepper, other spices, lots of surprising things, that other hosts throw away, sanitary girls staff, toothpaste, peanut butter, olive oil, jam jar, etc. Cans, bottle, wine openers, even a tool box with essentials was there. Really surprised. And remember, this property is hundreds years old, and staying there, you get the feeling of this.

Superb

Central location, easily reachable on foot from the train station. I stayed with my two children for two days and we had a wonderful stay in Nîmes, visiting the Roman sites and enjoying the atmosphere. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect stay

Perfectly located within the old city commercial quarter, pedestrian alley, close to train station and major monuments, The apartment is roomy, clean, and well-equipped. The host lady spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The bed was large and comfortable, the heating and hot water plenty, the WiFi Internet fast, ...all was perfect!

This is an exceptional property. The location is excellent, as are the facilities, especially if you are interested in self-catering and want to cook meals for yourself. It feels almost as if you own your very own apartment in the heart of Nimes, Despite being in the city centre the property is quiet, as it is at the back of the apartment block. The host is also very friendly and welcoming. I am a frequent visitor to Nimes and, if this property is available, I have no reason to stay anywhere else. The accommodation is all you could hope for, and very competitively priced.

Perfect location, in the center of Nimes, without any noise because it's in the back of the building. Friendly owner, good communication. Nice authentic house with cool details, it has everything you need. Cool, despite high temperatures outside. Clean.

Trés agréable séjour intra-muros avec une hôte aux petits soins!

Le studio est mignon comme tout, et très fonctionnel. Isabelle a été trés réactive, car j'ai eu un gros soucis de GPS pour trouver l'emplacement et elle n'a pas hésité à se déplacer! Une hôte vraiment exceptionnelle et facilitante. Le studio est trés bien situé et permet la découverte de la ville à pieds. Il n'est également pas loin des Parc expo et Parnasse, ce qui m'a permis d'assister sereinement aux finales internationales de tir à l'arc (Nimes Archery Tournament 2026).

Un peu sombre, les fenêtres donnant sur une cour intérieure, mais vu le temps couvert et pluvieux du week end, c'était presque inéluctable...Le stationnement est particulièrement difficile, mais avec un peu de patience on finit toujours par trouver une place à proximité.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement plein de charme au coeur de la vieille ville

J'ai adoré mon séjour et l'appartement plein de charme et très bien situé où je me suis sentie comme dans un cocon. Très agréable visite de Nîmes avec les magnifiques jardins La Fontaine à voir absolument. Isabelle est très flexible et arrangeante pour les horaires et donne de bons conseils sur les commerces et alentours. Je conseille vivement cet hébergement.

J'ai tout apprécié, l'appartement m'a même paru plus grand que sur les photos.
