Clean , tidy and spacious.

Location was great. It was quiet.

The towels were tiny and scares. And all the mirrors were on the floor instead of on the wall.

Very spacious, great for families like ours! Location is excellent as you have pretty much everything in walking distance. There's utensils, glasses, tea towels, a huge fridge freezer and so on to store all your belongings. The WiFi is strong which is excellent as everywhere in Wales you barely have any signal anywhere. The staff were very helpful and honest and easy to communicate with and we're professional with everything aswell as kind.

This is personal preference but the mattresses were not as comfy as we'd like them as they're a little hard but that's not because they're rubbish, they're just firmer than what we have at home! There unfortunately wasn't enough pillows as there was only one per person but again that's personal preference. The steps were very slippery and the part to get into the door when it rained. My 3 year old slipped walking out of the step from the door to the metal part and hit his face as it's a steep drop and a puddle of rain was where you step. So just bare that in mind if you have any vulnerable people with you and the weather is bad.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Decoration was nice. Beds comfortable. Location was great. Plenty of parking spaces in nearby streets at no cost.

The website indicated three bathrooms, one being a en-suite. There is one bathroom and one separate toilet. The stairs to the apartment are narrow and steep. These will be difficult for people with mobility issues. There is no welcome pack only a visitors book. This book had the wrong WI-FI password recorded so I had to request this and the owner sent this to me asap which was appreciated. A welcome pack would be beneficial for all parties so information is available and the owners expectations can be clearly communicated. All windows had white venetian blinds which were nice however they did not block out the light in the bedrooms. I feel the bedrooms could do with blackout blinds or curtains. I am still waiting for a reply from requesting a receipt for the stay for my expenses. This is disappointing, if VAT receipts are not available then please communicate this.
