Very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Ample parking. Some very nice restaurants nearby. Nice park opposite for dog walking. Realistic about dogs being left alone. (For short periods, not all day.)
The front bedroom could have done with a curtain, just to make it darker in the morning.

It was spotlessly clean, very modern, all new appliances. The heating temperature was easy to control. Hot tub was lovely. The garden was smart. The beds were comfy and sheets soft. A very nice quiet location opposite a park.
There were only two small plastic "cups" you could use when in the hot tub. Luckily I was not drinking- but if I was, I wouldn't have been impressed with this at all.
The radiators were very very noisy when heating up. So loud in fact, that it woke us up even with earplugs in. It was very distracting when watching tv.
