Clarence House is a newly refurbished seaside home in the heart of Llandudno, perfect for family holidays, reunions and special celebrations.

Set across three spacious floors, the property offers seven bedrooms, including a family room with a super-king-size bed, two single beds and a sofa bed, four king-size rooms (one with a sofa bed), a super-king-size room with sofa bed, and a bunk room. There are three bathrooms, including two with walk-in showers and one with a shower over bath.

The property also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, along with a utility room, dining room, spacious sitting room and games room with Smart TV. Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed courtyard with hot tub and outdoor seating, plus an enclosed garden area.

Off-road parking for one car is available, with additional free roadside parking nearby and an EV charger on site.

Entertainment includes Smart TVs throughout the property, superfast fibre WiFi, Pool Table and a great selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.

Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, with extra pets at the owner's discretion.

Town: Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade.
