Although on the whole we enjoyed our stay improvements needed in relation to beds and kitchen.
Property nice and warm once you worked out that radiators needing turning down on first floor to allow heat through to radiators on floor 2. Plenty of space for 6 guests. Shower rooms good and plenty of hot water.
Kitchen in need of deep clean. Baking trays old and sticky. Only one plastic chopping board which was well used. Single bed on 2nd floor broken (this was reported to cleaner on leaving)and mattress on this bed badly stained. No pillows or mattress protectors.

Location was good for walks into the town or promenade.
The house wasn’t clean. Bed headboards were dusty, oven was greasy which made the kitchen smell of grease.

The location is great. But disappointed with the house needs some TLC.
Location
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. As previous reviews mentioned, many issues have still not been addressed. The settee and bathroom door were broken, and we even found a wall panel lying on the bathroom floor, making the bath unusable. Basic essentials were also missing — no toilet paper, tea towel, oven gloves, soap or bath mats were provided. The kitchen pots, and pans were very worn and in need of replacement. It’s a shame, as the property itself has a lot of potential, but it’s clear it hasn’t received the care and attention it deserves. With some proper maintenance and thoughtful touches, it could be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, we wouldn’t stay again.

We had a great time But.......
A large house in a quiet location , easily walkable to the beach and town. Fairly good value for 4 ladies of a certain age who came to draw and paint the fabulous scenery!
Reading through past reviews, it would seem that not much notice has been taken by the owner. One of the single beds, top floor, that mattress, as previously mentioned, is disgusting. No mattress cover, which might have hidden the large brown stain, but it needs replacing as not particularly comfortable either. The seal in the shower is coming away, the bathroom door drags noisily on the floor, and the toilet seat is loose. The lock on the shower room first floor is broken. Needs a new bolt. The elderly lady got quite panicked as she got stuck in there. The very overbearing dark decor is peeling off the wall in numerous places. The trip hazzard black rugs on the black carpet, we removed during our stay. The seat on the end of sofa is broken, collapses if you sit on it. No bedside lamps. Hob glass in kitchen is cracked. It's a great old house, tired and a bit sad, which is a shame. All these criticisms have been mentioned by others, so nothing has changed. We had a good time regardless because that's the type of people we are but unlikely to stay there again. Sorry.

Great stay in a quiet location
Beautiful house in great location for us, close to the promenade and Venue Cymru where we had a conference for 3 days. Plenty of great restaurants and shop just along the road. House is comfortable with plenty of space for all 7 of us.
There were only one set of keys provided, however we got around this by using the lock box. Parking is a little awkward if you have multiple cars and it's a busy time of year. But all of Llandudno is the same.
