Location was good for walks into the town or promenade.

The house wasn’t clean. Bed headboards were dusty, oven was greasy which made the kitchen smell of grease.

The location is great. But disappointed with the house needs some TLC.

Location

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. As previous reviews mentioned, many issues have still not been addressed. The settee and bathroom door were broken, and we even found a wall panel lying on the bathroom floor, making the bath unusable. Basic essentials were also missing — no toilet paper, tea towel, oven gloves, soap or bath mats were provided. The kitchen pots, and pans were very worn and in need of replacement. It’s a shame, as the property itself has a lot of potential, but it’s clear it hasn’t received the care and attention it deserves. With some proper maintenance and thoughtful touches, it could be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, we wouldn’t stay again.

We had a great time But.......

A large house in a quiet location , easily walkable to the beach and town. Fairly good value for 4 ladies of a certain age who came to draw and paint the fabulous scenery!

Reading through past reviews, it would seem that not much notice has been taken by the owner. One of the single beds, top floor, that mattress, as previously mentioned, is disgusting. No mattress cover, which might have hidden the large brown stain, but it needs replacing as not particularly comfortable either. The seal in the shower is coming away, the bathroom door drags noisily on the floor, and the toilet seat is loose. The lock on the shower room first floor is broken. Needs a new bolt. The elderly lady got quite panicked as she got stuck in there. The very overbearing dark decor is peeling off the wall in numerous places. The trip hazzard black rugs on the black carpet, we removed during our stay. The seat on the end of sofa is broken, collapses if you sit on it. No bedside lamps. Hob glass in kitchen is cracked. It's a great old house, tired and a bit sad, which is a shame. All these criticisms have been mentioned by others, so nothing has changed. We had a good time regardless because that's the type of people we are but unlikely to stay there again. Sorry.

Great stay in a quiet location

Beautiful house in great location for us, close to the promenade and Venue Cymru where we had a conference for 3 days. Plenty of great restaurants and shop just along the road. House is comfortable with plenty of space for all 7 of us.

There were only one set of keys provided, however we got around this by using the lock box. Parking is a little awkward if you have multiple cars and it's a busy time of year. But all of Llandudno is the same.

Overall really good

The location is good as it is quieter that end of the town. It is very spacious and ideal for a few people. The style is nice. Facilities are modern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

A couple minor issues. The lamp in the living room, and one of the lamps in the bedroom difnt work. (I did try different bulbs) The upstairs sink was really slow at draining. The toilet seat was wonky and the kitchen drawer front fell off and the extracta light didn't work which made it a bit dark when cooking. Obviously things happen over time, but I feel when it's busy more cleaning and attention to is needed, as there were a lot of dusty places. I didn't like having to strip my bed and sort the used towels.

Nice house, great location just needs to TLC.

It was close to the promenade, probably a bit further away from the town and pier than I realised but still handy. Good sized house. Lovely decking, which was a sun trap.

Needed some TLC. the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, and the skirting and doors were dusty. I thought the beds and pillow cases would have had a protective cover on them, but they didn't. The footstool/poof to the sofa was broken and the top kept falling inside.

A historic, spacious property in Llandudno

The property was spacious and had a charming historical feel. The bathrooms were updated, especially the one on the first floor with a shower and hand held sprayer. It was nice to have a kitchen to self catter. We were close to the promenade and center of town. We easily walked to the circus. train station and pier. Check in was easy and communication with the property was excellent.

Large apartment in a good location!

Good location near a bus stop and food co-op and the beach. Huge space which we loved, cute patio, clean and some of the beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed some love with more utensils and cookware. Staircases were a bit dicey and there were 2.5. flights to the top bedrooms. Keys were easy to access and we had good communication with the host. Overall a good value for the money for a larger group and I would recommend.

There were no trash bins except in the kitchen, no towel racks and no shampoo or bath gel.

The property is beautiful. It's in a great location and has everything you would need. The house itself is huge and the outdoor seating area was well used. Just overall it was great. It's excellent value for money.

Only thing missing for me was tea towels and a hoover, but other than this there is nothing I would change.

Beautiful stay and I will definitely book again

Lovely property, comfortable beds, very well equipped and parking was good

The toilet seat was loose on the top floor and you feel you can be seen from the bedroom when in the shower but we put a towel up so that was fine also No hoover available so I wasn’t able to clean as I would before leaving.

An enjoyable weekend with friends

Location was good - right by the bus stop. It would have been handy to have some info about bus times. Lovely Italian restaurant almost next door. Good area for sitting out, although the view of a building site was not inspiring. Plenty of hot water.

Both toilets had seats that were loose - this had been mentioned in a previous review and nothing had been done about it. No waste bins in the bathrooms. Loose rugs on landings a trip hazard. Black and gold decor a bit overwhelming! Sofa was full of crumbs under the cushions!

It is a beautiful city with friendly people and the North Shore fit our needs perfectly.

The location was excellent, just a block off the promenade and within walking distance of the pier and the train station. There was no need for a vehicle. There is a co-op a half a block away which was very convenient.

This has nothing to do with the property because it was great, but we were there on a Sunday and Monday and most of the restaurants and shops close by happen to be closed on these two days, just something to be aware of. There were many places closer to the Pier that were open, however.

A comfortable stay in a great neighborhood.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at The North Shore. The location was fantastic, there was a grocery store three doors down, as well as several restaurants, in particular a very very good Italian called Mama Rosa. There is also a bus stop just outside to take you down to the Llandudno Pier area if you don’t feel like walking, though it was a nice stroll along the water to get there, just under a mile each way. We were initially nervous about parking, but we never had any trouble finding a spot right out front. I couldn’t work out the logistics of the place beforehand, but there is one bedroom with single beds on the same level (one up from the street) as one bath with a large shower, the kitchen, the dining room, and the large living room. Up one level from that were three more bedrooms, two with double beds and another smaller one with two single beds. There was a full bathroom up on that level that had a stall shower and a large soaking tub, but it was about five steps down to get to it. We carry battery operated nightlights with us always, and they were helpful navigating to the bathroom at night. Also, there were ample plugs in each bedroom for charging electronics. That’s always appreciated.

We liked everything. If you struggle with stairs, you might not be comfortable here, but it didn’t bother us at all.

Decor and parking. Close to sea front with a gentle 20 min walk into town. Beds were comfy.

Cooking facilities not Great. Limited pots, no roasting trays. Had to buy one. No dish cloths. No hand soap in bath rooms. Cooker not the best either, difficult to read settings/controls and no instruction booklet on oven settings.

This was our first holiday away from home at Christmas we had the most fantastic time and it was made all the better by the wonderful accommodation everything was perfect there was nothing wrong with it at all . The owner was very nice to helping with a few inquiries we had nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be back . Thank you very much
