The location was perfect, which also included parking, and the views from the apartment were amazing. It was very quiet with ample space and very cosy. This would be my first choice when in Birmingham next.

This is an absolutely delightful apartment in a superb location overlooking the canal. The view is especially attractive at night, looking over the water with the lights of the restaurants and cafes. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There were a few basics in the kitchen, such as tea and coffee, although you would need to buy milk. The apartment is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture. There's a somewhat quirky welcome note hanging in both the hall and kitchen! You should note that the entrance to the property is via a shared drive with the Premier Inn at the bottom of Bridge Street. You turn sharp left away from the hotel once on the drive.

Initially, the external key safe code wasn't provided – this resulted in a significant delay in getting in. Neither the wifi or TV were working, which I think was a network issue. The owner was extremely responsive to queries but could not help with the technical issue. This was unfortunate with a whole evening to pass. The wifi code is hidden on the back of the router. This was not the reason for the wifi not working, but it would help to have this printed in a more obvious place for guests to find. Note that there's no plug in the bath, so I assume that's not to be used. The shower was excellent. These details did not detract unduly from the comfort of the stay, and I assume they will be attended to. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent location for major attractions and nightlife. Lovely to be beside the canal.
