Rented a private double room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly every day. We were supposed to share it with another room but felt very private. Overall the experience was like a hotel, not a hostel. The location is very good, very near the centre and attractions. The price was very affordable and the conditions were much better than our previous accommodation in the city. Great value for money.

Check in instructions were easy to follow and enabled check in 24/7. We had a private room with a private bathroom and given the price paid, it was really spacious, well equipped and felt like good value. The hostel isn't right in the centre of town but it's only a 15 minute walk and also easily accessible by tram.
Whilst it was ok for us, there was very minimal engagement with staff as it was self-check in.
