Incredible cleaning staff, they were very nice and opened the door for us when we unecpectedly arrived early!

A spoon would have been nice with the mugs in the room, to have an easier time with making coffee.

Well equipped room including a kettle and a very good AC. Spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady was very helpful when there was a confusion regarding arrival time

Slightly far from center - 25 min walk but supermarket and tram station right outside ( 10 min by tram ,53 cents each ticket ). There were a lot of details shared via booking.com mesaage. It is important to inform in advance the arrival time . May be reminder in the morning of day will be helpful.

Nice room, great lighting and the beds were super comfy.

Would recommend adding a line in the descriprion saying that there are 3 floors of stairs to walk up to get to the rooms. Our room had the bathroom doorhandle completely broken, would have fixed it before clearing the room for booking.

We arrived about 20 minutes before the official check-in time and were charged an early check-in fee. There was also an additional fee for parking. As someone who also manages properties on Booking.com, I find these kinds of extra charges to be quite unhospitable and not very guest-friendly. Another inconvenience is that if you park your car on the property, you cannot take it out unless the hosts are there to open the parking gate. This means you’re essentially dependent on their availability if you want to leave with your car, which significantly limits your flexibility during your stay. The room was also on the top floor, so traffic noise was quite noticeable, and the bed felt very worn out.
