The place I stayed for one night was quite good overall. I especially appreciated that it was close to the city center, which made getting around very easy. The landlord was available on WhatsApp to give the correct instructions for entering the room. The price was also reasonable.
The mattress of the bed was not very comfortable and made noise with any movement during the night, which affected my sleep. Additionally, the towels seemed quite old and consumed which gave the impression that they were not properly clean. It would be a good idea to replace them with new and clean ones.

Very good location in the city center!
Old building but in the heart of the city!
The bathroom it was strange, without a door only with curtain, it was little uncomfortable!
