The hostel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main road, so it's easy to get around while still being nice and quiet. The facilities are really good, some even better than I expected. Everything was spotless throughout my stay.
The kitchen and common area have a really cosy vibe and are fully equipped with everything you might need. They even have a coffee machine with free coffee and other hot drinks, which was a really nice touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
Some of the rooms are right next to the corridor leading to the restaurant and the bar. The only thing separating the room from the hallway is a large, dark curtain, so I was a bit worried about privacy at first. That said, the soundproofing is surprisingly good, and noise wasn't really an issue during my stay.

Check-in was very brief and wasn't told about kitchen, free coffee, common room etc.

I had a fantastic stay at Stay Swanky Hostel! Everything exceeded my expectations.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally thought I had lost my key card and paid for a replacement, but after I found the original and returned both cards, they kindly refunded the money. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service.
The hostel itself is amazing. The pool is fantastic and a great place to relax, the bar has a great atmosphere, and the communal kitchen is spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and had air conditioning that was always on, which was perfect during the hot summer days. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Zagreb. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great staff and great location
This is my second time staying in this hostel. It is really not ideal. It does not look like the pictures. The bathrooms are quite dirty. There is also not 24/7 reception, so if you are not there by a certain time to check-in, you will just be stranded. I don't really want to stay here again, but I might stay here again on my next trip to Zagreb (unfortunately) simply because of the good price and location.
