Welcome drink voucher from the bar upstairs, excellent customer service, towel included, central location, spacious showers, privacy curtains!
You need to bring own lockers, as there are 3 bed bunk floors, you need to be careful when stepping up to the 3rd floor bed, own soap in the showers needed.

Great staff and great location
This is my second time staying in this hostel. It is really not ideal. It does not look like the pictures. The bathrooms are quite dirty. There is also not 24/7 reception, so if you are not there by a certain time to check-in, you will just be stranded. I don't really want to stay here again, but I might stay here again on my next trip to Zagreb (unfortunately) simply because of the good price and location.
