Bootiq Rooms

The host is a very nice person and really goes out of their way to welcome you. The communication was very easy. There is clearly thought put into the rooms and common spaces, everything is very modern. The interior and furnishings have high quality. Thermostat in the shower! Everything was squeaky clean. There is a shared kitchen and possibility to do laundry. The minor letdown was soundproofing. You can hear people in other rooms (no parties, just regular talking/TV). The location is a bit far from the center but this we knew beforehand (but free parking and shopping close by).

We stayed at Bootiq Rooms for two nights and booked the standard room for two people. The owner here is absolutely amazing. Although you can enter both the building aswell as the room with a pincode which you receive prior to the stay, Kemal waited for us to arrive at the location and informed us about everything. And he has thought about absolutely everything! There is free private parking, a place to hang out downstairs, a shared kitchen with a big fridge (neatly seperated for each room) + oven/microwave + dishwasher. The entry system with a passcode makes it easy to leave and stay without messing with a key. In the rooms is a little book made by the owner, which explains everyhting about the use of products in the building, the best restaurants in the neighborhood, transportation, places to visit and shopping malls nearby. There is a nice outdoor area to hang out and have your breakfast. Literally on the other side of the street (about 10 meters from your door) there is a bakery that sells about anything you need in the morning. I have not been able to find any necessity that the owner could not provide for, you just need to ask him. Location was clean, everything was brand new and the owner is a great person to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back here next time I visit Zagreb. Thanks for the great time Kemal!

If you want to be in the town center, you would need a car or public transportation, since it is not walking distance. And if you book the smaller room (standard two person), you have just enough room for yourself, but cannot really affort to leave your bags and stuff laying around in the walking path of the room. For us this was fine, but if you like space and not having to keep stuff in your suitcase, I would recommend the larger room (superior queensize).

The room was very clean and beautiful with good equipment. The shared kitchen was clean and always available, the fridge and other machines were new and very useful. The private bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved how hospitable the owner was! He guided us to some unique destinations and attractions, helping us with everything, even weight the bag for the airport. Everything was perfect! Worth staying! We had no problem with the bus 215 was always available for the center. It had near mini market and mall. We stayed completely satisfied!

We wish we could stay more days. Everything was perfect, the owner takes the guest very seriously and we were very happy staying there.
