Apartment feels at home.
I think the kettle is rusty or something. There is white chip that erodes every time i fill it with water and heat it up. But thats that. Overall i am satisfied.

The room was clean and the owner was very nice in communication (though I never met her).
The building was very old (though inside the flat has been renovated). Also the neighbor buildings were dirty and the one beside the building seemed abandoned. The shower stand was broken. Also, the upstairs neighbor had a big dog that was occasionally barking at midnight and waking me up several times.
