    We had a mixed experience at The Westin Zagreb. On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good, offering a wonderful selection to start the day. However, the hotel itself is visibly dated. The facilities and rooms are showing their age and feel like they are in need of a proper refresh or renovation to match the brand's expected standards.

    Stayed at the Westin in the week leading up to Christmas. Hotel was beautifully decorated, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

    Buffet breakfast is baby's for money. Time to refurbished the tired looking room. My bed was shaky and stocking of tea n cofee is inconsistent. Shld vacuum for properly. Staff didn't even make our bed! He left aft a brief and quite feeble attempt at vacuuming . Please upgrade your super hard toilet paper. Agony to use! Locatio. Was good!
