The views, the rooms, the peacefulness and the rooftop patio. Great communication from booking to departure.

Unlike some reviews the steps did not bother us at all, the property is great - exactly as described and reviewed but what we weren’t expecting is the short bit of road from the apparent to the footpath - that can be Very busy and walking with kids didn’t feel too great ! And getting a taxi to collect to take into town isn’t the easiest.

Incredible place. Incredible location. Amazing views. 10 mins walk into Como town where you can get the ferries / boats to other locations. A fair walk up hill and steps to get to the apartment but easily doable.

Breathtaking

The location is absolutely stunning!!!! Truly one of the most breathtaking spots in Lake Como. The views are unbeatable, whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or at sunset. The house itself is beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special (truly like a museum). The private terrace with the hot tub and balcony overlooking the lake was the highlight—it felt like our own little piece of paradise. Every corner of the property offers a postcard-worthy view. Hands down, this was the best place we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back.

The only thing to keep in mind is that to get to the apartment you need to go up by several steps, which can be a bit of a workout—especially if you’re carrying heavy luggage or if stairs are a challenge for older guests. That said, the on-site manager, Erbert, was incredibly helpful and kindly offered to carry all of our bags, which made a huge difference. In the end, the breathtaking views and incredible amenities made it more than worth it. We’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Perfekte Lage, Zugang zur Wohnung etwas beschwerlich über steile Treppen, aber die Sicht ist es wert! Super Dachterrasse mit Jaccuzzi, einmalige Aussicht auf die Bucht von Como.

Excellent appartement avec vue incroyable....mais qui se mérite.

Emplacement agréable juste en hauteur de la route et du lac, à 10mn à pied du port. Rooftop (avec jacuzzi) et terrasse incroyables, avec une vue magnifique, Appartement spacieux et bien meublé. Box fermé à côté pour ranger voiture et vélos.

Quelques équipements manquants expliqués par la nouveauté de la mise en location (machine à expresso absente, wifi qui a mis du temps a être réglé). Attention à l’accessibilité, il ne faut pas être à mobilité réduite pour arriver à l'appartement.
