Disappointed the back garden was not enclosed as described as dog friendly(oversight on our behalf when booking not to check & just presume) but open access at the back to a busy road,would be better with gate acccess to the road.

Really great location and just a short walk to a lovely beach. 10 minute or so drive into Brixham - really easy to find.
Boiler was a bit confusing because I don't have gas - but issues resolved quickly.
