Beach Walk is a modern one bedroom holiday home located close to the beach in Paignton. The perfect base for a couple looking to explore the South Devon coastline.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. 2 dogs well behaved, house trained at £20 each are welcome. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps from the patio to the lawned area.. Located just a few minutes’ walk away from Paignton’s Fairy Cove beach and harbour, this holiday home is a fantastic base for those looking to explore South Devon and Torbay with plenty of dog-friendly beaches and walks nearby. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area feels bright and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining table is a great place to enjoy a hearty breakfast before a busy day exploring and the living area is a comfortable place to relax and unwind in. Head upstairs to discover the cosy and stylish bedroom which showcases a glimpse of a distant sea view, and it is conveniently furnished with a kingsize bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. The south-facing enclosed garden at the rear of the property is a fantastic sun trap and is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink before the sun sets. There is a patio area with outdoor seating and four steps leading up to a small lawn.
Beach Walk is located in lovely seaside town of Paignton with is many amenities including a pier, shops, cinema, pubs, theatre, and restaurants. This central position in the Torbay area gives you endless options for days out in this sunny corner of Devon. The local towns of Torquay with its marina and the famous fishing town of Brixham, which make up the beautiful English Riviera are also a short drive away. Beach 350 yards.

Really great location for exploring the area with our dog, he lovely it park, beach so close by. Property excellent everything you need, enclosed safe garden, great hosts.We had a great holiday many thanks. Highly recommend.

Spent a week here in mid August with dog, Beach Walk was easy to find with off the road parking. It was clean with modern facilities and garden area to sit at the end of the day.Location was ideal for us, with a cliff walk 2 minutes down the road for early morning dog walks and Paignton seafront a short walk away. We were able to have local days out including walking to Torquay, (although there is a ferry), steam train trip and river cruise at Dartmouth and took the ferry to Brixham. A short car journey away was the model village at Babbacombe, Dartmoor, Sidmouth and Exmouth.A nice touch was the welcome basket that contained high quality goodies.I would recommend staying at Beach Walk and if in the area again would definitely book again.Thank you :)

The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon.
