L'emplacement La vue côté terrasse sur le château de Villandry La température est restée correcte dans l'appartement au regard de la canicule
Il faudrait du double vitrage dans la chambre côté rue Penser à davantage d'ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, couverts...) Rénover la terrasse

Appartement très bien situé et pratique pour famille et/ou amis avec ses chambres séparées . La terrasse est très agréable et la proximité des commerces et attractions touristiques appréciable.
L appartement manque d entretien et n’est pas très propre ce qui plombe un peu le rapport qualité/prix…

Place needs some more attention, like better locks and finishing. Busy street, so can be noisy.
