Chalet was well equipped and clean

Sponge bed and plastic covered pillows coupled with very limited ventilation (likewise no windows or vents in the bathroom and toilet) meant for poor night's sleep. Take your own pillows if visiting. Be prepared to be handed a bag of linen when you arrive and be told to hand back the linen when you leave. The site managers will then do a tour of your chalet to asses whether you have voiced your mandatory €400 deposit (not mentioned at booking but required on arrival). Small print instructions detail you have to defrost the fridge freezer before leaving etc etc.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice touch. The staff was friendly.

Front desk hours had them closed from 12:00 until 17:00. Hot tub was not warm at all. In-room heating/cooling was non-functional or not intuitive to operate. Everything had an additional price (sauna, wifi, breakfast, etc). We had to collect our own bedding and drop it off at the laundry room.

Good location and great value for money. However, when arrived we found the house poorly cleaned and dishes full of dirt stains. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced in less than 24h.

Cleanliness is not the strongest point The pillows are uncomfortable.

Very good location to explore the Loire Valley. There are approximately 80-90 houses and there were a lot of families with kids and pets (even a group of teenagers during our stay). All of them were very respectful with no noise after 9:00 PM.

The cleaning is not great and should be included in the fee (not as an option). It seems to be left to guest so be prepared for cleaning and make your beds at arrival.

Excellent value for money s/c accommodation in a good location for discovering the Loire and Cher.

Contact with reception staff was excellent both before and during stay. Extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. Quiet location, with car parking outside the residential part, and everything one could want in s/c accommodation. Outstanding value for money.

Access to radio on the TV would be a bonus.

We had a very large place for only 2 people (rated 4-6 person place), very good price. Location is 1km from town centre so a gentle walk. All facilities in the house, clean, ample of parking ....

The property was poorly illuminated - even when there are lampposts installed, they didn’t work at night, making it very dark at night. This is one of the few places on earth without free wifi. You have to connect directly from your device so the password doesn’t work on several devices at once

Établissement bien situé et belle piscine bien chauffee

Nous avons souhaité bénéficier des petits déjeuners et avons appris sur place que ce ne serait pas possible car il fallait les commander à l’avance. Apparemment une séance de sauna hammam est incluse dans le prix du séjour, pour en bénéficier il faut réserver à l’avance, mais personne ne nous a informé à la réception. La communication est à améliorer auprès du client .

Quelques points m'ont déplu : - le fait que je n'ai pas été informé que les chiens étaient admis mais à la condition de payer 7€/j/chien ce qui ne m'a pas été annoncé avant la fin de mon séjour au moment de payer... J'estime que c'est un coût à indiquer avant la réservation ou au-moins à l'entrée. - l'absence de savon et de liquide vaisselle dans le logement. Ce n'est vraiment pas agréable quand on n'est pas prévenu d'arriver dans jn logement sans du savon pour les mains dans les sanitaires...

miroir de la salle de bain a changer, jointure de la vitre de la baignoire sale et à changer elle est en fin de vie aussi la chasse d'au des toilettes coule sans arrêt avec un bruit dérangeant il faut la bouger pour quelle s'arrête beaucoup de poussière sous les lits , micro onde n'a pas été nettoyé je suggère à l'etablissement de placer un grand miroir car il y 'a pas à par celui de la salle de bain (petit)

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était agréable mais il manque quelques ooints de confort

L’espace extérieur était propre et spacieux pour les enfants. La piscine couverte est appréciable et la literie est bonne.

La propreté du logement est un peu juste, le wifi est payant, il n’y a pas de kit de ménage de bienvenue et il manque un peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine.

Pas exigeante, je suis venue pour me ressourcer... Mission accomplie, pas de mauvaise surprises. Seul petit bémol, les terrasses peu intimes, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable des voisins de locations 😉, on avait l'impression de déranger quand on discutait ou que l'on jouait ensemble....

4 étoiles ???? Vraiment???

Nous avons séjourné en période scolaire, hors vacances et donc nous avons pu profiter d'un domaine quasiment vide et donc calme. Mais en observant la promiscuité des logements, nous ne viendrons certainement pas en saison de vacances ! ça doit ressembler à un grand domaine de colonie de vacances, grouillant et bruyant

4 étoiles !!! C'est sans doute 2 étoiles de trop !! Lors de notre arrivée, on nous dit que les lits sont faits. Quoi de plus normal dans un logement ! Mais, à notre départ, nous devons défaire nos lits, mettre les draps et serviettes dans un grand sac orange et apporter le tout à l'accueil .... 4 étoiles ??? Notre chambre est équipée de lits jumeaux et pas d'un lit double.... Pas très confortable pour un couple.... L'équipement de la "cuisine" est pour le moins réduit.... Nous n'avons même pas de quoi laver notre vaisselle.... Direction donc le supermarché pour acheter de quoi la laver .... 4 étoiles ???? Les oreillers sont sales, très très sales, garnis de taches jaunâtres et verdâtres .....4 étoiles ???? Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeûner ou de commander du pain... Nous l'avons en fait découvert lors de notre départ. La personne à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée n'avait peut-être pas envie de travail supplémentaire. Enfin, lors de notre départ, au moment de payer les taxes de séjour, le terminal de paiement est en panne. C'est en tout cas ce que signale un post-it collé dessus. Nous cherchons de la monnaie, que nous n'avons pas...Finalement, la personne de l'accueil tente un essai .... ça fonctionne.... Le ou la collègue de la veille n'avait sans doute pas enlevé le post-it ... Bref .... Pour un 4 étoiles, nous pensons que l'Etat français devrait faire une vérification de temps en temps

Pas de repas pris au sein de l'établissement. Accès piscine et tennis. Dimensions et agencement de la maison.

Maison très sale. Micro ondes cassé : il manquait la protection au niveau de l'éclairage intérieur. L'appareil a été changé le lendemain, par un micro ondes en état mais aussi sale. Balayette des toilettes de l'étage sans le socle. Lavabo sale. Sols sales.

Résidence sympa mais copie à revoir

L'emplacement de la Résidence très proche de la ville, que ce soit en voiture ou à pied et pourtant espaces verts aérés. Un vrai village de vacances. La proximité avec la piscine.

Le manque de propreté dans certaines zones sensibles (les aérations en particulier au-dessus de la baignoire, traces d'eclaboussures par-ci par-là,...). L'ergonomie du lavabo serait à revoir peut-être (difficile de se laver les mains, obligé de prendre un verre pour se rincer la bouche). Le miroir de la salle de bain fait peine à voir. Le bruit des chaises du voisin (résonne beaucoup). Je ne sais que penser de cette promiscuité aux beaux jours....
