Cute convenient apartment

The apartment is very easily accessible for people with injuries or disabilities. It’s a great small apartment - All facilities are clean and in working condition. It is also very close to the town square and many great restaurants

We ran out of amenities such as toilet roll/ sugar quite quickly and had to buy more as there were no extras. Also there is an undisclosed mandatory cash cleaning fee of $35 upon arrival which we were not told about until arrival. Other than those things we had a great stay!

L’emplacement Pièce de vie spacieuse Calme

Le lit du haut est un matelas par terre, tout taché sans alaise. Attention très peu de hauteur. Le lit du bas est un vieux convertible tout taché, prévoir un sur matelas et alaise si vous dormez à 2 ! Appartement dans la pénombre puisqu’il y a un volet qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir! Et le rideau n’est toujours pas réparé pour la nuit.

Emplacement proche du centre-ville

Propreté à revoir : sols poussiéreux que j'ai dû refaire (grosse araignée a surgi), cheveux dans le tiroir du meuble de salle de bains, bac à douche comportant de nombreuses traces de moisissures, ventilation encrassée de poussière. Balai de l'aspirateur non nettoyé (rempli de moutons et poussière). Matelas très tâché. Doute sur la propreté du linge de lit du canapé. Impossibilité d'ouvrir fenêtres et volets (du coup pas de lumière naturelle), manque rideau occultant. Une prise arrachée. Bruit récurrent de tremblement et de claquement dans l'immeuble (jour et nuit) comme si c'était le tram qui est pourtant éloigné. Boîte à clé située dans une autre rue.

La anfitriona excelente! Super buena disposición! El lugar tiene un buen espacio sobre todo para los que vamos con gatitos 🫶🏼, estaba bien equipado y excelente ubicación para recorrer el centro de la ciudad. Nos visitaron un día y pudimos utilizar sin problema el estacionamiento interior lo cual también fue muy cómodo. Ropa de cama limpia y adecuada para el clima/temperatura, al igual que las estufas que funcionaban muy bien. Se agradece que el departamento haya estado impecable al llegar con todo limpio. No tuvimos nunca problemas con el baño, ducha caliente siempre.

Se escuchaba durante la noche el tram (creemos que era eso) lo cual interrumpe el sueño para alguien con el sueño muy ligero (nosotros no tuvimos problemas eso si). Por último había una de las ventanas que no podía abrir las persianas exteriores con lo que no ingresaba mucha luz en el día y dejaba un poco oscuro el departamento.

Le parking payant de 10 euros par nuit était peu accessible. Pour refermer le portail, mon véhicule bloquait la circulation. Les volets d'une fenêtre était bloqué, pas de luminosité. Pas d'éclairage à distance de la chambre dans la mezzanine
