The lessor was easy to reach and very accommodating. I also like that they have a big ref, kitchen utensils, and no insects. Comfortable bed, clean sheets.

The water heater didn't work but it's ok.

Clean, close to the airport and commercial centers where you can find everything you need and lots of good restaurants to eat out.

Nothing, everything went well. 🙂 In fact, the host responds really quick and very clear with instructions so we managed to check in hassle-free. Thanks again so much for welcoming us even on a short notice! Your condo was the perfect place we were looking for! We hope to get to stay again in your lovely condo next time we’re back in Manila! 🙂

Free wifi comes in handy for the intro and outro video they ask you to send. Location is good. And if you've been in one of the tower units before, this one is in nicer shape in comparison.

I appreciate trying to modernize with the passcode door, but from the get go, the initial access codes given didn't work. We got lucky the owner was awake when we were checking in to give us a different code to enter. But then the next day, we got locked out and the condo tower staff had no way of helping us as the owner didn't leave any local contacts for them to help in case of emergency. The owner knew when we were arriving and when we were scheduled to leave when we booked. There has to be a way to grant access codes that can be valid for the entire time of the stay vs expiring prematurely. It was appreciated that they worked with us after that fiasco, but it was all completely preventable. The last day we booked, we basically left for breakfast and tried to return a bit after 5pm to try to sleep before our flight, couldn't get access back until after 7pm. So it's like we were forced checked out of the place with our belongings stuck inside. The condo tower staff made an exception and let us nap in the lobby, but advised us to book a different unit for now so we could get a proper rest as we didn't know when the owner would wake up to help us. We didn't want to do that as we already prepaid for this booking and our belongings were still inside. We did get refunded for the day, but again, until they master how to use the new passcode door lock they have installed, or they get someone local with a key to bypass the faulty door lock while they're sleeping, or even let the condo tower know who their cleaning people are so they can use those as local contacts, it's a risk you'll be taking if you have a tight schedule. The owner would like me to point out that I sent them a message at 5:15pm local Philippine time & an "I'm in" message at 7:15pm local time. I have modified the review to state the lockout to be 2 hours vs closer to 3hr.
