Lots of convenience stores and food stalls close by, and the Mall of Asia only ten minutes walk
The procedure of having to get permission from the owner or his secretary to entertain visitors was incredibly frustrating. My partner’s family and friends live in Manila and it was a disincentive to invite them because of the frustration trying to get permission.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Leise Klimaanlage. Smart-TV mit Netflix vorhanden.
Kleines Zimmer. Das Bett ist extrem hard was das Schlafen nicht so komfortabel machte, deshalb Punkte abzug in Komfortwertung

Near moa and shops.
It's showing it's aged. Only 2 towels given and didn't smell great. Musty smell when u walked in. Tight quarters. Hard getting in and out of bed if two people sleeping. No t enough storage for clothes.
