The check-in was very efficient and straightforward.
The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller and it had everything needed for a home setting as well as being within walking distance to ATMs, convenience store, restaurants, the bay area and Mall of Asia.
I did not get a response to get the TV connected and I kept getting asked at the door if I had a visitor pass to enter the building after informing the doorman and showing the room keys on multiple occasions that I was a guest as it was a real inconvenience for someone travelling solo to the Philippines for the first time to go out and return and still being asked questions while other guests and visitors were let in without questions. No cell network in the lower floors however there is reliable WiFi in the rooms.

Location. Near shops and restaurants.
Linen sheets and kitchen appliances and utensils are very worn out. Baby cockroaches appear at night. Power points/ sockets are dangerously unsafe.
