Location
Installation of air condition needs to be properly fixed. Some electrical outlets are out of order. Glass window to balcony not secured need to replace the locking device.

A great little apartment with all the facilities for medium to long-term stay. Beautiful view of the sunsets over Manila bay and walking distance to loads of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Lobby and swimming area also very nice although it would have been nice to know beforehand that it costs extra to use.
Kitchen could have had more utensils eg. another pan for cooking and some knives
