Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

The condo was well appointed and is in a great location, close to Mall of Asia and plenty of other fun things nearby. Glenn the owner was very responsive to us whenever we needed anything and was very easy to reach any time of day.

I love my stay here at shell residences.

The room was clean. Close to the Mall of Asia so you could walk to many things. Good security.
The pots and pans were not in very good condition.
The bath towels had to be the worst I have ever come across. They would not dry you. The room manager would not swap them out for something else.
Poor communication from room manager for key pickup and checkout.
Had to pay extra for use of pool in residence. Think pool use should come with room rental.
Description also indicated gym use available with my length of stay. This was not true.
