We have 2 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time at the condo! It was a great place, we had plenty of room, and the location is absolutely amazing, just a short walk to MOA. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great. It was great customer service with Afril and Glenn, they went above and beyond to help us and make our stay amazing! 10/10!

It is a walking distance from Mall Of Asia.
Safe condominium. There is a camera in the hallway just outside the unit’s door.
Great swimming pool and condo is super secured.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this condo. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—close to the airport and SM MOA. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Room was clean, and though it's a little different... it's good value for the money.We had an issue with flooding from the laundry- but within an hour, the host got us cleaned up and back on track. So, they lose points for inconvenience, but gain them on customer service.The building had a few emergency alarms, which were annoying- and we're all cancelled.The only real issue is the bug infestation. No matter what we tried- there was an army of Philippine Cockroaches ready to assemble in our unit.If they got the insect thing under control, I'd be thrilled to stay there again sometime- because they really seemed nice and it was a good location.
