    Antagal ko kino-contact ni hindi mag-reply! Yung phone hindi matawagan until 2:30pm. Then finally, nag-ring pero hindi pa rin sinagot kaya nag send ako ng sms. After that tumawag ulit ako but this time it's unattended na!!! Grabeng hirap dinanas ko rito! Andami kong dala and antagal ko na nag-book! Buti hindi pa bayad, pero yung hassle na ibinigay sakin ng may-ari nito grabe! Ni hindi mag reply! Nag-confirm pero hindi na ma-contact!!! Wag kayo mag-book dito.

    Nasa same condo building lang ako, bumaba lang kasi another room daw yung binook ko, medyo late lang dumating si property manager 🤭 pero much earlier than the other manager. Hassle yung pool if gusto niyo maligo, 150 php then pipila pa kayo sa admin which will open at 9am. Annoying yung door lock sa lobby tapos paalis alis yung guard, understand niyo nalang kasi for security purposes naman din.

    Bibigyan ka nga ng contact info pero kahit naka 17 calls kana at ilang text, wala kang matatanggap na response. NON RESPONSIVE AMP Paghihintayin kayo ng higit kumulang 1 oras bago maka check in. Kung hindi lang dahil sa cancellation fee, hindi na kami tumuloy. Ang kati ng bed, amoy sunog kahit nung hindi pa kami nagluto. Worst agoda experience so far. Worst Sea Residence experience also. Buti nalang may tumulong saamin na agent dun. To Ms. ***, salamat.
