The location of Sea Residences is excellent, as it is near the Mall of Asia. Transportation is convenient, with taxis readily available and Grab easy to book. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which is a plus for guests.
However, our room experience could have been better. The cleanliness needs improvement, and no floor mats were provided. We were three guests, but only two towels were available, and no blankets were provided. Additionally, the doorknob was damaged and needs immediate repair to ensure guests’ convenience and safety.
Another concern is that the property does not provide official receipts, which may be an issue for guests who need proper documentation of their accommodation expenses, particularly for reimbursement or official business purposes.
Overall, Sea Residences has a convenient location and accessible transportation, but I hope the management pays more attention to room cleanliness, the completeness of basic amenities, proper maintenance, and the issuance of official receipts. Improving these areas would help ensure a more comfortable, professional, and satisfactory experience for future guests.

We are Four and we are sharing with one blanket, utensil, they only have one piece of Spoon. staff did not attend to our needs and asked us to pay 200 for the pool but in reality it was only 150 entrance fee.
