Location was great close to MOA and seaside in Pasay.
Rules, rules, rules. Surrendering ID to a pretenda cop at a desk in the condo is taboo in civilized nations. Flipping circuit breakers in the unit - not a renters responsibility. Unable to have a guest for a coffee or a beer without full security and administrative approval - bizarre...will use a hotel next time. Unit was tinier than a hotel room, but clean and modern with free wifi. Host was pleasant and efficient. Key code was available in time. Was planned for a paid early checkin, but someone had booked so wandered around Mall of Asia aimlessly for hours after 20 hr flight. Perhaps short term rental is just not my thing.
