The staff in the lobby were very friendly, the building was very clean and very close to the attractions,But the room I got was too expensive and old I even saw a cockroach... The bedsheet was old and broken. The towel I was given had holes and was even older.. The blanket was too thin... My expectations were too high but I was wrong... No Microwave I didn't even use the washing machine, refrigerator, or heater Because they didn't even explain it to me when I arrived. As in, no explanation, just give me the key and that's it🥺
