The breakfast was horrible. Never seen something like that. You literally could not choose anything to eat. Better say it is without breakfast.

Bad

It's located in the lovely part of the island, so can't really complain about that and the walk to the lovely beachfront is short. The pool is also nice despite being located on a semi-public road unless you're overly shy due to it being located right across a semi-public road. Those are two only redeeming things however.

Unfortunately, our stay was a quite awful all around, especially if you keep the price tag in mind. * This is a first stay ever where we weren't contacted at all by the property. As a result we didn't know how to reach it and check in, and given the fact that the google maps weren't updated in most likely years on the island and the fact that the entrance is through the private camping site the map would come in handy. * The villa itself is very clean, nice and modern, however it just felt like no one actually cared when designing, building and operating it. For example, the backyard pool is literally 5 meters from a semi-public road, so it doesn't feel private at all. A nice 1 meter tall privacy screen could have added a lot to the experience without impeding the nice view and sun access at all. Pool wasn't cleaned once where we were there for 5 days. To get the wifi details i had to message staff, which is a first for me, a card with wifi details is expected in 2025. Additionally, the kitchen lacked even the basic things such as coffee pods or pantry basics such as oil. In Greece of all places. * The reception/hotel area is simply dreadful, it has a TV from the early 2000s and i think the last time someone cleaned the area was about the same year. I'm not at all a snob, but when the couch you're invited to seat has obvious and visible stains and crumbs of cereal when it's 5 hour after breakfast it crosses the line for me. Outdoor seating was also visibly stained with something that looks like last year's spilled beer on the floor. Don't get breakfast there, please. * Wifi is terrible, it has issues both in terms of the wifi coverage itself, with only one router for the entire villa, and even if you sat right across the router, the internet was cutting off anyway. * The second floor of the property is infested with ants. I was quite shocked to see so much of them.

Modern villa, a walk to the beach

Location close to beach but still quite far from the main shops

1.Terrible WIFI - No connection most of the time during the 5 night stay. 2.Lack cooking utensils, cutting board, knife , spatula etc. Was difficult for us to cook anything despite having a full kitchen. 3.No blankets/ duvet . The villa only provided a bedsheet which was strange. Again had to message host for blankets . 4.Nowhere to hang wet clothes. 5. Tv was not functioning in the whole villa - raised this with host but nothing was done. 6. Swimming pool was cleaned once during the 5 day stay. Had so much bird poo and bugs floating around. 7. Toliet was flushing and shower was flooding through the toilet. 8. No coffee pods provided even though there was Nespresso machine. 9. Screen door broken so mosquitoes was entering the villa. The villa itself was incomplete - very modern and lovely but situated in a farm and camping site.

The villa itself and the furnishings were new and as pictured. It was a very lively villa. It is a close walk to the beach and a lovely restaurant on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Nespresso machine but no pods and no where to get any.

The villas are basically on a farm. There are farm vehicles driving in front of the not so private pool all day long. There are zero services. The staff are mostly not friendly, not rude just not really present or hospitable. The cleaning crew is simply horrible. They would come at 1 PM and take over 1 1/2 hours to clean a bathroom, make the bed and sweep the floor. It was very uncomfortable as we were trying to enjoy our private pool but they were always there in the afternoon at different times every day. I also saw them on the first day laying on the beach chairs at the villa next door. I was shocked when an hour later, they were at our door. I had assumed that they were staying at the villa next door the way they were enjoying themselves. When we arrived, the pool was very dirty due to the winds. Not their fault but we had to request twice to have it cleaned which it was on the second day. We also had requested a shuttle to the port on our final day. Our Seajet was leaving at 9 so they told us that they would be there at 8. By 8:10 we checked up on them and no one seemed to know anything about it. They finally did provide us a shuttle but it was a close call. Plus at €30 for a 15 minute ride to the port was ridiculous and nickel and diming. The breakfast is sparse with very little other than bread and cereal and boiled eggs. There were flies everywhere on the food. Not at all appetizing. We passed on it after the first day.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ ωραίο. Οι φωτογραφίες με την πραγματικότητα ταυτίζονται απόλυτα. Κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Απολαύσαμε την άνεση των χώρων που προσφέρει.

ΤΟ ΠΡΩΙΝΟ. Καλύτερα να μην το πρόσφεραν. Το ότι ήταν πολύ φτωχό είναι το λιγότερο. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι ο χώρος που προσφέρεται είναι γεμάτος μύγες, έτυχε κάποια από τα σκεύη που χρησιμοποιήσαμε να μην είναι καλά πλυμένα, τα τραπέζια δεν καθαρίζονται όταν γίνεται αλλαγή πελατών και γενικά είναι μια κατάσταση που σίγουρα χρειάζεται διόρθωση γιατί αδικεί πολύ το κατάλυμα. Το προσωπικό προσπαθεί αλλά δεν μπορεί να ανταπεξέλθει.
