Location was great! The furniture was very nice. The bad reviews are for the way the property was maintained. Upon check in, the house was just left open. We had issues with the lock upon arrival. The surface dust in this house was unreal… fans were filthy, tables in the bedrooms were so dusty, bed frames, etc. the sheets didn’t look clean so we had to strip them and wash them. The master bathroom tub was so slow to drain upon arrival, I felt like all I was doing was trying to solve these problems when I just wanted to relax. I tried to get a cleaning fee refund since day 1, I checked in multiple times with Vacasa and I told them if I don’t get a refund, I’d post pictures. So I did not get a refund so here we are.
