Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Nice quiet location that is close to the pool and Tram to the beach. Also walking distance to the tennis and pickleball courts. I also fished off Brighton Trail by the bikes, and caught several large Sunfish on mealworms.

Our family had a great stay here. Unit was clean, well decorated, and well kept.
Kitchen equipment was new and organized and the unit had a large movie and game collection that we loved. Close to all the tram stops and pool.

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony. This condo is close to the fitness center, walking distance which we enjoyed. The check in process could have been more clear, we did not know we had to pick up passes at the visitors center. Also, the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen was unclean.
