Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We absolutely loved the home! Great layout, and plenty of space for us. We used all four bedrooms. Having the screened porch as well as the loft area allowed us to spread out and yet the TV room allowed us to be together when we wanted. Appreciated all of the extras, especially the bikes and beach gear. Very quiet community—5 min drive to downtown and about 10 min to Fenwick State Beach (our favorite). Primary bedroom is huge and loved the walk in shower. We were all impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the home. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice and quiet community, within a few minute drive to Bethany Beach. Nice location to explore the area. Our group ventured to OC/Fenwick and Rehoboth/Lewes. The home was in great condition with plenty of space—appreciated all the tvs and bikes/gear available for use!

Very responsive, the place was very clean, everything that u would need is there, beds were comfortable, had a nice stay we will definitely book again through vacassa delware.
