This 4-bedroom, pet-friendly townhome is a great getaway for you and your family. Step up on your front porch as you enter the home and see where you will have your morning coffee. As you enter the home you will find a space the entire family can enjoy.
With a game room that offers an electronic full size arcade game, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and darts, you will find a great place to enjoy friendly competitions and family time. When you are done with game time, walk up to the living room and cozy up by the fireplace, or head out to the back deck and enjoy a good book. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the stainless steel appliances offer you all you will need to prepare meals for the family.
The Bayside at Bethany Lakes community offers a large clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room, and outside you'll find a large outdoor seasonal pool that overlooks the bay as well as tennis courts and a playground. Don't forget to get in a round of golf. Salt Pond Public Golf course is less than a mile away.

Things to Know
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week OR $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We stayed at this property over Columbus Day Weekend for my son’s baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 6 to stay in. It gave us adequate room for each of us. The game room was a hit for our boys, the garage was a great place to store our bikes, baseball, fishing, and beach gear. I would stay at this house in a heartbeat if we have another tournament in the future. My kids are already begging to come back in the summer. Thank you for a great place to stay.

We were looking for a place we could stay near Bethany that allowed us to travel with our dogs and was flexible on arrival and departure dates. This place offered us both. Bayside at Bethany Lakes is a great community with excellent amenities, ample parking and friendly neighbors. Great place to call our home away from home for a vacation.

Overall it was good. Clean, close to the beach, nice neighborhood, fun game room downstairs. The negatives are worth noting however. The listing was misleading at times. "Extra bedding" meant extra sheets and one blanket. "Resort fee for amenities" refers to access to the clubhouse. It's not included in the rental. Also, the billiards table in the pictures is actually in the community clubhouse, not the private downstairs game room. It's clear the staff doesn't keep inventory of the kitchen because it had most things, but we were missing a pitcher (we used the blender). And good golly, don't let the kitchen get smoky because the smoke alarms WILL go off throughout the entire home, in all the bedrooms. They should switch the kitchen alarm to photoelectric. Oh, and a guy came in to do unrequested maintenance on our last day before we checked out, which was weird. He was nice and said he'd come back after we were gone, but you'd think they'd know when people were staying in the house.

Beautiful furnishings and excellent cleanliness of home; however, very small kitchen (unable to seat more than 6 comfortably). Small living room was only comfortable gathering place for all guests. Bsmt game room’s only seating was high top poker table. Also upstairs hallway bathroom shower impossible to figure out how to operate and does not drain well.
