About this villa rental
This spacious villa is ready to accommodate you and your family. The first floor features an open concept living area with a flat screen TV, a large kitchen, a dining area that seats 6-8, two breakfast bars each with two stools, a 1/2 bath, a Master Bedroom suite with a Queen Bed, flat screen TV, a crib, a full bath with two sinks and a walk in shower and a walk-in closet, a laundry room and a one-car garage. The second floor includes a loft with a large bean bag couch and a flat screen TV, a full bathroom and two bedrooms, both have flat screen TVs. One bedrooms has two full beds and a large closet and one has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The community has a dock and water ramp to White's Creek, an outdoor pool, clubhouse and a lovely gazebo.

The house was clean, cool and a less then five minute walk to the community pool. Grocery store next door. Short ride to the beach and boardwalks. Lots of places to eat. Very quiet family oriented community.

We loved our vacation and this rental added to our enjoyable experience. April quickly addressed all of our questions and was a fantastic host.
