Creekside Getaway - Stay for 8

The location was very convenient. We traveled to the Delaware Beach State Park which was only 20 minutes away and the Weis Market is only a stone's throw away, which made meal prep easier when we needed something at the last minute. Lots of room to spread out. The game room was a big hit.

The Grand Welcome staff was very attentive but didn't always resolve issues that we reported. The beds weren't terribly comfortable, but we made do. The carpets were in need of cleaning (shampooing). We couldn't use the right side of the kitchen sink because the basket gasket needed to be replaced (it was leaking under the sink). The outdoor hose by the front door didn't work at all so that was disappointing not having a way to wash off sand from feet before entering. The recycle container was full to the brim when we arrived, so we had to make do.
