About this house rental
Bring the whole family and make memories in this beautiful new 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. This bright and spacious home easily sleeps 12 guests, has a beautiful well stocked gourmet kitchen and has many cozy spaces to relax. The home is located in the amenity-rich Bishop's Landing community in Millville, DE, just 3 miles from Bethany Beach. The community offers three luxurious pools, club houses, workout facilities, tennis courts, nature trails, fishing ponds, playgrounds, fire pits and much more!
The open concept first floor living space offers a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you need to create a meal as well as a large dining area with seating for ten. The large island is perfect for cooking or gathering and has seating for four people. The living area has a spacious sectional and cozy seating to watch the 75" Smart TV. There is a covered patio just off the kitchen perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The large garage houses an additional refrigerator, beach chairs and umbrella.

Master Bedroom Suite: Includes king size bed, Smart TV, large luxurious walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Guest Room 2: Queen bed and TV
Guest Room 3: Twin over Full bunk and Twin Trundle.

Family time with ages 3 to 80 …eleven total. Great house with beach vibe and above average amenities. Community lot that adjoined the property was perfect for our bocce games. Our two favorite beaches, Bethany and Delaware Seashore State Park, were an easy drive. Pools were beautifully maintained. The Millville Boardwalk with arcade, mini golf and go-carts was a plus for the two teen boys. The host was outstanding. Highly recommend!

House and neighborhood are lovely. This was our second year staying here with extended family for our annual beach trip. Everyone enjoyed the pool and had enough space to relax at the end of the day in the house. Well stocked and excellent interactions with owner. We hope to rent again next year!

We had our family of 10 staying for the week. The house was terrific! Very comfortable and room for everyone. Enjoyed the kitchen and spacious living rooms. Pool is beautiful!
