Just a short drive to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court and saunas, a playground, a clubhouse with restaurant, and a summer beach shuttle, which runs a week before Memorial Day to a week after Labor Day. Guest passes for amenity use are available for purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
High-speed internet for remote learning and working is not guaranteed.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The property worked out well. It was clean and bright and the space was comfortable. It was quiet and felt very homey. We loved the community at Bear Trap Dunes. Quiet, picturesque tree-lined streets... nice pool and clubhouse and just a short drive to Bethany Beach and the bay. At first, the WiFi wasn't working but vacasa was responsive to my texts after my initial reboot didn't work. I rebooted a 2nd time and that worked and had no further problems.

The home was great. Upon arriving one of the blinds was partly torn down I called and reported it. During our stay all the TVs quit working . We called and reported it to Vacasa and they said they would send someone out to fix it and no one ever showed up or called. We went 2 days with no TV.

Home is nice & is located in a great neighborhood. Bear trap dunes amenities are great! Things about the specific house we stayed in that we didn’t love. The flight of stairs to get into the house was not fun when hauling luggage for a week stay. But not a deal breaker. The bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It needs replaced. Other than those things the house, neighborhood & amenities are great.
