Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A lovely condo but, no AC vent in the small bedroom and the slow internet speed made streaming TV difficult.

The condo was well equipped- had everything you’d need. and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra linens. The screen porch overlooking the lake was our relaxation spot. Will definitely come back next Fall.

Condo was spacious with pretty decor. It has a great location by the aquatics center so you can take the green or red trams around the property. We had plenty of space for all five of us to hang out together or in separate nooks throughout the condo. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great location , nice pond views, nice screened porch,comfortable bed, furniture was worn in LR, no spices (salt/Pepper, etc) general updating yet to be done, would rent again
