You’ll also have access to the community outdoor pool where you can lounge poolside with a good book or cool off with a refreshing dip!

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Cable TV is not available. Streaming available with guests' accounts.
Guests are welcome to the amenities located inside the garage. However, garage parking is unavailable.
Please respect the no pet policy.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Pool hours 10AM - 8PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. No more than 4 people per home allowed at the pool at one time. All guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fob is required to use the pool and one is included with the rental. NOTE: A $100 fee will be assessed for any lost or stolen fobs.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

While this is an absolutely beautiful home in a great location and a wonderful community, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated. Upon arrival we tried to locate the pool fob which from the Vacasa page claimed to be located in the drawer of the hall table. It was not there, so we searched and searched any places we could think of for an item we had never seen before. After no luck I contacted Vacasa over the past 3 days trying to find this pool fob. No one
could help me. Eventually I accidentally found it in a small plastic container inside the pantry. I also had asked Vacasa prior to our trip if certain items were available to use at the home, I was told 4 beach chairs were accessible. There were no beach chairs, while dealing with the fob I told Vacasa, they said I could be refunded 120$ for the inconvenience. I haven’t been refunded. This will be my first and last time being a Vacasa customer.

It was such a great place to stay for the week. The property was beautifully decorated and homey. The location was close to the beach and shopping. Thank you for a great week!
