About this house rental
Bring your family, friends, and toys! Enjoy our Oneida Lake views out front and our 7-acre wooded backyard with private access to the Oswego Recreational Trail for snowmobiles, wheelers, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, horses, and walking. There are two brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom homes adjacent to each other. Each house has decks out front with Adirondack chairs for taking in the lake views as well as in the backyard. Relax in the new hot tubs (one at each house) equipped with built-in Bluetooth speakers. Warm up at our paved fire pits decked out with Adirondack chairs for lounging. Inside each house there are many amenities, a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors, air conditioning and TVs in every room, hot water on demand, high speed WiFi, and a spacious gourmet kitchen with lake views. All beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens are new. Everything is new! There are many other things to enjoy locally, minutes away from Sylvan Beach NY (known for the best sunsets) are several local and state parks, bars and restaurants, Turning Stone Casino, the Lake House Casino, boating, ice fishing is popular in the winter, Godfrey Point boat launch is just down the road as well. Come enjoy all we have to offer on the North Shore of Oneida Lake. Fall in love with Cleveland, NY and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures even show. Its a very well put together and spacious home. We unfortunately had to book last minute due to coming into town for my father's funeral and were so thankful to have found it. It enabled several family members driving from all around the east coast to come together. Perfect location for us to connect, grieve and celebrate his life.

Our family had a great experience staying at this rental to visit extended family staying at the state park. The location was perfect to allow us to visit Sylvan Beach, the local carnival, and the variety of restaurants while enjoying a quiet retreat to come home to. There was plenty of space for outdoor entertainment for adults and kids which we enjoyed. The place was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, which is a huge plus! The hosts were easy to contact and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again for our next stay near Sylvan Beach.

Everything was clean and perfect house for small gathering reunion, beautiful view of lake. Firepit and hot tub with privacy I’m back yard.
