About this house rental
Bring your family, friends, and toys! Enjoy our Oneida Lake views out front and our 7-acre wooded backyard with private access to the Oswego Recreational Trail for snowmobiles, wheelers, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, horses, and walking. There are two brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom homes adjacent to each other. Each house has decks out front with Adirondack chairs for taking in the lake views as well as in the backyard. Relax in the new hot tubs (one at each house) equipped with built-in Bluetooth speakers. Warm up at our paved fire pits decked out with Adirondack chairs for lounging. Inside each house there are many amenities, a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors, air conditioning and TVs in every room, hot water on demand, high speed WiFi, and a spacious gourmet kitchen with lake views. All beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens are new. Everything is new! There are many other things to enjoy locally, minutes away from Sylvan Beach NY (known for the best sunsets) are several local and state parks, bars and restaurants, Turning Stone Casino, the Lake House Casino, boating, ice fishing is popular in the winter, Godfrey Point boat launch is just down the road as well. Wow what an amazing stat. The house was clean and modern. The interior was curated so expertly with high quality materials and furniture. The views were amazing and there’s a trail behind the house too. Everything you need to cook is available as well. The host was so responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!

The property is terrific. The hosts thought of everything. We had a couple of issues, but they were addressed quickly and resolved. The hot tub is fantastic and the firepit is wonderful. The house had everything we needed. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the listing said there was lake access and a 2 minute walk to the water. The hosts are having an issue witht that right now, so we did not have beach access. (They did make arrangements witht the neighbors if we wanted to take out the kayaks). The lake had algea blooms while we were there so we wouldnt have been able to swim anyway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the adirondack chairs surrounding the paver firepit along with the hot tub. Michelle was very responsive to our questions. When I mentioned kayaking at the lake she procured two kayaks for use. Our only suggestion would be an addition of a large stock pot for the kitchen and perhaps more pictures to show how nice your property is!
