Maybe you would rather take one of our many kayaks across to the Frenchman's Island and explore or swim and play corn hole toss, and have a cookout in the lawn . How about sitting by a campfire watching an incredible sunset telling new and old stories. Maybe nature is something you would rather see from inside. The view from the living/dining/kitchen of the Haven is something that just captivates, intrigues, and never gets old. Beautifully landscaped, and comfortably decorated lakefront property with a private dock ,a large yard and patio with comfortable outside seating, a gas fire pit for nights you don’t want to hang out by the wood fire. Remember to bring wood for The lakeside wood fire pit and enjoy sitting in the lakeside comfortable adirondack chairs .

This spacious two story , 5 bedroom 3 bathroom lake house with central air has a complete open concept kitchen with a giant island bar , quartz countertops, oven/ stove, increasing dining space and bringing the fantastic view into the kitchen area. We want you to just come , relax, play and enjoy each others company by providing you with a gift basket. From Memorial day to Labor day the house can only be rented for a minimum of 4 days . Stunning views of the water are seen from the moment you enter the house and anywhere in the open concept kitchen living area. There is also a cozy smaller family room with a large TV and Fire stick to watch Netflix . The main family room has 2 brand new couches and a smart TV.. This room is open to the kitchen and has floor-to-ceiling windows lakeside for a spectacular view of the lake . There is a cozy reading nook in the family room for those who like to curl up with a book. The kitchen flows into a dining room with a table that easily accommodates 10 to 12 people. Of course you could always dine outside on the patio picnic table or at the wrought iron table and chairs on the brick patio. If you like to play on the water, there are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle board, a floating tube and plenty of assorted sized life vests. Bring fishing poles because Lake Oneida is a great place for fishing, ..Bring your own boat or rent a motor boat at the Oneida boat rental marina or Rox’s landing in Brewerton and keep it easily accessible at our dock. .

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the first floor . A full first floor bathroom is convenient for washing off after lake swimming. The upstairs master bedroom has a large master walk in closet. This room has great lake views including incredible sunrise and sunsets seen from the king master bed. The master bedroom also has a TV and an ensuite with an oversized shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and lake views. Bedroom 3 has a king bed a TV and a beautiful lake view. Bedroom 4 has 2 very comfortable double beds . There is a full bathroom shared by these rooms. The first floor queen bedroom opens up to the cozy family room through beautiful rustic barn doors. This room is great for those who do not wish to navigate the stairs and has a complete first floor bathroom close by.

The kitchen has all new beautiful cabinets, quartz countertops, giant island eating bar with 5 bar stools, dishwasher, stove/oven combo. There is coffee maker ,keurig combo, toaster, many pots and pans , serving dishes and basic starter spices, coffee, filters, utensils, plenty of silverware, a large crockpot and 2 blenders for making smoothies. There is plenty of room to create gourmet meals or order in. . A large walk in storage pantry with plenty of shelving makes it easy to store all your goodies , or grab quick foods to go while you play or relax on the lake.
A complete laundry room with oversized washer and dryer help with lake laundry .

The 2 car garage houses some boats, life vests, corn toss game, etc. Bring your family to play and relax and let the Haven work its charm in restoring and rejuvenating you.
