Come stay at our Oneida Lake waterfront home and make lifelong memories! Relax on the master bedroom balcony or back deck and take in the picturesque views of Oneida Lake. You will have the entire house to yourself.
This spacious home is perfect for families or groups, offering comfort and tranquility. With three bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to nine people, everyone will have their own space to unwind.
Bedrooms:
- Spacious master bedroom with king bed
- Second bedroom featuring two queen beds
- Third bedroom with a twin bed
- Full size sleeper sofa in the living room
Bathrooms:
- Two and a half bathrooms for convenience
- Ample space for everyone to get ready
Outdoor Living:
- Enjoy stunning views of Oneida Lake from the back deck
- Master bedroom balcony for peaceful mornings or evenings
- Perfect setting for relaxation and gatherings
- Enjoy direct access to the lake from the private dock, perfect for fishing or simply relaxing by the water. Please note that the water immediately around the dock is naturally shallow. Guests looking to swim will find deeper water farther from the shoreline.

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Pets without permission will incur a $1,000 fine. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage can.
- No events, parties or large gatherings.
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21.

Stayed here for our Spring Break visiting our Syracuse student. Enjoyed the sunrises over the Lake and the well-kept accommodations. The Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood around the home was excellent for walking and the community was friendly. Will definitely look to stay here again—highly recommend!!

It’s a great house with an even better view. The master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous and had a private balcony. Lots to do around the area. The only drawback (and this has nothing to do with the house itself) was there weren’t any sidewalks. I like to walk my dog daily and I’d end up walking on people’s lawns. Speed limit is 30-35mph and cars whip down the street. So just be mindful if you have small children or a dog. With that being said, I’d definitely stay again.
