About this apartment rental
Come stay at our Oneida Lake waterfront home. Relax on the master bedroom balcony or back deck and takin in the picturesque views of Oneida Lake. You will have the entire house to yourself.
We offer 3 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 9 people and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms - spacious master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds, third bedroom with a twin bed and a queen-size blow-up mattress.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Pets without permission will incur a $1,000 fine.
- No events, parties or large gatherings.
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21.

Had to take garbage out, overflowing. Gas grill too dirty to use.

It’s a great house with an even better view. The master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous and had a private balcony. Lots to do around the area. The only drawback (and this has nothing to do with the house itself) was there weren’t any sidewalks. I like to walk my dog daily and I’d end up walking on people’s lawns. Speed limit is 30-35mph and cars whip down the street. So just be mindful if you have small children or a dog. With that being said, I’d definitely stay again.

House itself was well kept and clean. Stairs a little steep but manageable for most able-bodied people. However, outdoor spaces were not as clean - screen was broken downstairs and bird poop also in the door track and on deck. While there was a certain expectation of bugs, suggest maybe spraying the property to keep wasps etc away.But otherwise, lovely community and home!
