Very spacious and nicely decorated.
The main entrance gets locked at a certain time and a lot of people struggle to get back in.
The tv was damaged.
This is the first accommodation I’ve been to that hasn’t provided shampoo & shower gel.

The stay was comfortable enough but there was a horrible fousty smell which lingered into the apartment from the landing/corridor.
Apparently one of the apartments above had a water leak which had leaked onto the carpets below leaving this horrible smell. In my opinion the carpets should have been replaced.
The window catches in the apartment were broken so we couldn't shut the window so the dining/kitchen was really cold. The dining table chairs were old told and the faux leather was peeling on a few of them, so first impressions this wasn't very good.
If you were staying several nights it definitely wouldn't meet your needs in the bedrooms if you were wanting somewhere to sit and dry your hair and put your make up on either because there was literally a bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

At the weekend they have a reception desk 24 hours a day from Friday - that was not communicated so was a bonus.
The flat was in a good location.
Car parking on site very limited - on street parking nearby and a carpark at Sandgate across the road was very good at the weekend, £4 a day.
Location was very good - quayside is a nice area and easy to walk into town - 0.8 mile about 20 minute walk.
The flat was superficially clean, but kick strips for the kitchen and edges of the kitchen cupboards and difficult to get a mop in areas of the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time - don't take a black light unless you want a horror movie.
We hired 3 flats all had very tired seating and insufficient for the number of people. The settee was an experience - not in a good way.
Our flat was a 2 bed 4 people - we had 3 towles, 2 dinner plates, the oven did not work at all - good kob we didn't want to cook. No spare cuttelry or crockery. Settee was unusable. Toilet took forever to fill again.
Another flat 2 bed 4 people had only 2 dinning chairs.
All a little tired and unerwhelming.
Not cheap and chearful - Expensive and under performing
Wouldn't book again.

Central location, spacious room and bed was comfy.
The staff weren't very helpful. Asked for sugar and the woman said she would bring it to the room. I waited and had to go back to reception and ask again and she said she forgot whilst sitting on her phone. Also the WiFi didn't work in the room. I asked the guy at reception and he said its probably because everyone is on the WiFi. Not very helpful.

Location is great and you can park easily enough round the back.
The sofa is lumpy as hell. You can’t sit comfortably on it and its needs reupholstered urgently. Also, a few more items like salt and pepper would be a nice touch.

The location.
The smell of the accommodation was awful like cigarette and insent sticks, the broken glass cutting my feet by the bed, the bodily fluids on the light switches, the dirty crockery in the cupboard, the makeup on the pillows, the bed was so worn it slopes down at the head end, loose wires hanging out from the hall, the front door didn't lock and I had to repair it myself, the WiFi was so poor I couldn't work.

I liked the fact that it was a very short walk to the river and the Millennium Bridge.
It was easy to walk to the local metro station, and there was a Sainsbury's Local quite nearby.
The living room furniture was rather tired. The cutlery was short of some basic items. There was no sink plug for the kitchen.

Location was fantastic, the accommodation was a great size, we had all the things we needed such as plates and cutlery.
The accommodation was tired looked good in the photos, the remote control was broken, the sofa was very uncomfortable and very tired. All the rooms needed updating scuf marks all over the walls. Shower head being held on by zip ties. Beds uncomfortable and headboard made lots of noise when my son moved. No bin lid so had flies in kitchen. Need new utenciks

The size of the property was very good and in a good location for walking into the city x
The property says luxury but there was nothing luxurious about it. The furniture was old, dated and ripped or damaged. It was the middle of a heatwave and no air-con or fans provided which made for a very uncomfortable night on lumpy pillows.

Some of the furniture in the living area was a bit dated and tatty in places and one of the showers didn't work well when we first used it someone had a look at it when we were out, it improved it a little bit but there just wasn't enough pressure to get a decent wash so we just used the bath in that bathroom

However was very clean just a slight upgrade in bed would be an idea. Bathroom badly fitted. No grout on floor tiles so wobbly. Also not good for future maintenance I would expect.

Location very good but sadly the apartment was dirty and had no towels. I went the the reception and asked for a someone to clean the apartment and she told me we can’t send no one up to clean it and if you don’t like it you can leave definitely the worst place Av stayed will not be returning.

Unfortunately it was heatwave when we stayed and the apartment was extremely warm. Couldn't sleep with windows open as road was too busy. Need a couple of fans in each apartment

The hallway leading to the room was very damp smelling and dark (the lights that are supposed to come on automatically didnt). The apartment has seen better days and isnt luxury anymore. I lick of paint and refresh wouldnt go a miss. There were a group in the room above us who through rubbish, including cigar ends on to our balcony. We have been back for almost 3 weeks and still dont have our £100 deposit back and they have no stopped responding to me after saying it should be with me after 10 working days. Have now been told Monzo can take up to 30 days but dont really understand why I wasnt told this when making the payment so I could choose how to pay.

the property is tired and is in need of an upgrade. Carpets are badly marked. Shower head leaked and was rusty. Chair leather cracked and the location of the fixed TV in the apartment meant only 2 people could be comfortable.

The property was generally clean (but it appeared as if renovations were incomplete. There were dried paint drops on the carpets and tiles throughout and some walls were grubby). It was centrally located and we had a nice view towards the River Tyne from the 5th level.
The property was fine but the treatment received by staff was appalling. On check in, the man at the front desk said that with Booking.com it was always “Pay on Arrival” and *demanded* that we pay again despite me showing him the payment receipt from Booking.com and the associated bank transaction. His interaction from the outset was hostile and rude, including him texting someone during our conversation. I asked to speak with the manager, which he refused. After his texting he said it had been sorted and gave me the keys. Half an hour later he knocked on the door and demanded payment or we had to leave. My youngest daughter was sick, it was almost 6:00 pm, so I paid him. I have been working with Booking.com to resolve this.

Location was perfect. It was clean and spacious with fantastic views from the balcony. Comfortable beds and the apartment was very warm. Parking was good. Facilities were excellent - dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
There were hardly any cups, plates or glasses so we had to get some from the receptionist. There was no hairdryer despite me ringing to check that there would be. The place was starting to look a bit shabby - sofa was missing some of its cover, one of the door handles was hanging off. Suggest a bit of a refurb and an inventory for the cleaner to check crockery etc.

Please do not book this property. It was dirty, the oven hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. The walls were scuffed and disgusting. The bathroom had mould. The living area was dirty. The sofa was ripped. We’ve reached out to the property owner, when they realised we weren’t happy they stopped responding to our messages, booking.com haven’t been any help. We moved out and went somewhere else. Nothing better than the worst student accommodation.
