Was a nice clean modern apartment
Had a slight issue with the shower screen door but the staff fitted a shower curtain but water was getting underneath and soaking the floor but other than that the stay was perfect.

Sabato abbiamo avuto un problema con la luce. Si è staccata e di conseguenza abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura. I loro servizi a quanto pare non sono disponibili durante il fine settimana. Ti possono aiutare solo nei loro orari d’ufficio. Ora, io capisco che non possono vivere a disposizione dei loro clienti, ma almeno un contatto diretto durante la giornata lo si deve avere. Zero risposta e zero aiuto, abbiamo dovuto suonare ad un vicino che fortunatamente ci ha aiutato. Dopo aver risolto tutto, lo abbiamo comunicato alla struttura, nessun follow up è stato richiesto da parte loro.
