Had a good stay there although the Owner does.not speak English. His Wife speaks some English tho.

Met the Owner outside w the Property when I arrived who showed me the Entrance and helped me inside and handed me the keys. Good Service.

When I made an Agreement with the Landlord to return there for 5 days before Christmas, he blocked it for me. Then when I checked out, I was told I could leave at 11am, there was a disagreement between him and his wife and I was told to leave by 10.30am even I explained that I needed this time, he didn't care about me. When he and his wife arrived, I was ready but just wanted to check why they changed the departure time. They just said that, 'Next Guest arrives at 1pm.'. However, in their Manual, the Check-In is at 2.30pm. The Owner wanted to help me with my luggage downstairs which was fine. All good when I left. The following day, I got a message to say that I can't return there as his Wife refused me. They said because I broke a Glass on my first day. This was an Accident I had when I arrived and I told them. I offered them Money which was refused. I was left unsure and uncertain of what to do with the Situation. As I had my bag there intending to return to stay there, I had to ask Security to help me. This Owner could not speak any English and showed me no Respect after I left. It was such a Horrible Situation to experience in Milan. For this, I put a Bad Rating. Be careful of him and his Wife, as there is Conflict between them.

Good stay in a cozy apartment

Location very close to Metro, bars and restaurants(Le Meraviglie restaurant 5 min away by walk, amazing) apartment full equipped, owner very friendly and flexible, they provided breakfast free of charge even though was not included initially Meraviglie

Our stay was excellent from a facility and host perspective.

Cannot beat the location or the comfort. The apt felt safe in terms of access to the building and proximity to the station. Lidl was a 5 minute walk which meant being able to cook meals at home.

Needs a couch option for the front room in the event that you have to host anyone local. One leas than pleasant neighbour who banged on our door about 3 am while trying to comfort our sick, crying toddler.

the host was very helpful , responds on time to questions / request , the house is very homely and more of a residential area , spacious, if u need a place like home this is a small home away from home , supermarket like 13 mins walks

i think it’s a bit far from the center but it’s noting to worry about as u can move freely

L'accessibilité aux transports en commun. 20 mn en métro du centre de Milan. Le gardiennage. La propreté des espaces communs. Immeuble agréable de l'extérieur et sur les parties communes. Appartement dans un coin calme extérieurement. Lidl a proximité pour les courses. Tous commerces a proximité.

Le logement mal insonorisé. Des rénovations bâclées ou mal finies. Des prises de courant mal scellées dans le mur voir pendant au bout des fils. Un évier repeint et qui s'écaille dans la cuisine. Gazinière avec 1 feu non fonctionnel. Vaisselle au compte goutte. Appartement bruyant du fait que les murs soient pas épais et des voisins irrespectueux pour le bruit. On a l'impression qu'ils vivent avec nous dans l'appartement.

Está bien ubicado, y la atención del anfitrión has sido excepcional, fue muy amable, dándonos indicaciones de transporte a pesar de que llegamos tarde nos esperó con agrado. Volveríamos a repetir.

Gut geeignet für ein kurz Urlaub in Mailand. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert.

Metro liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe und erlaubt eine einfache und schnelle Reise zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt. Einige tolle Restaurants in wenige Gehminuten erreichbar.
