Smooth and pleasant stay

As a fairly undemanding guest, I can say the property fully met my expectations. The apartment is quite spacious and easy to access. The keys were conveniently collected and returned at the restaurant downstairs, which also offers a discount if you book the apartment - a very nice bonus. The gentleman who handed me the keys was extremely friendly and helpful, truly a great person. The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything I needed, from a kitchen and fridge to an iron. A nice extra touch was the red lighting in the bedroom 😉 The location is also excellent, very close to the metro, making it easy to get around.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfectly fine for my needs.

Good experience

Close to the metro, clean, very comfortable bed, hairdryer, iron, all amenities. Also, very attentive and friendly host. I am pleased that I chose this apartment.

Clean and cosy appartment

The host is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful for anything you might need! Many thanks! The room is nice, clean, everything works, we stayed with comfort. Plus for us was very important that it is a pet friendly property with n extra charge, so we could come with our cat with no problem. Also downstairs there is a good restaurant managed by the host!

The building itself is not very well maintained, but it is quite normal thing. Also will be very good to provide the WiFi, especially might be important for the foreign guests.

Great place

The appartmnet is so cute. It was nice and clean and it got everything we needed. The host was super nice, he was offering us all the time drinks or food, but unfortunatley, we had other plans so we did not get the chance to accomany him. The place was really great, it was better than I expected.

Great place to stay in Milan, well connected and with a exceptional host.

The host was amazingly kind and helpful. He received us with a small aperitivo we gratefully accepted. The room was spacious and clean, with renovated bathroom and kitchen. We parted with a coffee offered by the host the following day and he even gave us a lift to a nearby shopping mall. It is very close to the metro to reach any destination in Milan, and there are many little shops on the same street that are open until late. I would totally recommend it.

The mattress is a bit soft for people who prefer a sturdier bed like me. The window's wooden shutters are tricky to open, maybe they need a little sign to guide the guests. Everything else was perfect.

Staff was very nice to us. When we could not find the address because we were looking at the wrong address, he came and picked up us. He also accommodated for the late check out . Apartment was very clean and renovated. Very close to metro line 1 (just 5 min) so we could go to downtown Milan very easily. A few grocery shops just around the corner and a restaurant next door.

Close to the metro and restaurant of the owner, also the things in the apartment we could use.

Sound of the street. Not in the center so 25 min with the metro. The metro is 3 minutes walk.

Well equiped apartment near the metro station, nice for a short stay in Milan.

We didn't lack of anything: bottles of water, food and beverage for breakfast... The apartment was located 5 minutes from the metro station. We appreciated the air conditioning.

The shutter couldn't be opened, so there was no natural light inside. The apartment isn't well isolated, we heard noise from the street at night so we slept with ear plugs.

The room was very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and there was airconditioning. The metrostation was very close by and it only took 20 min to get to the Duomo.

The breakfast was underwhelming and there was no olive oil to cook the eggs. We only got two towels, we would have loved to have two more.

Soggiorno molto piacevole

Cucina completa, bagno completo, camera/salone completo, in nessuno di questi manca qualcosa. Anche la pulizia è perfetta in tutto l’appartamento.

Purtroppo i vari rumori intorno all’appartamento posso essere un fattore quando si cerca di dormire, specialmente quello del treno che passa, visto che non c’è molto filtro del suono.

sono arrivata e ho trovato diversi problemi, l'appartamento e soprattutto il letto era sporco, la porta d'ingresso non si chiudeva e ho dovuto mettere una sedia per bloccarla ma ho avuto molta paura e non sono riuscita a dormire anche perchè la palazzina è male frequentata. ho prenotato per 2 notti ma dopo la prima notte ho deciso di non dormire la seconda. dopo la recensione negativa i ha chiamato il proprietario intimandomi di toglierla e che se non l'avessi fatto lui ha i dati del mio documenti (quindi sa dove abito)
